1st Quarterly Meeting

Join us for our upcoming Quarterly Meeting, where lunch will be provided and attendees will hear from our guest speaker, Fonda Fouche, Chief Human Resources Officer for the City of Memphis.

Fonda will discuss “How Fair and Transparent Pay Practices Affect Morale and Work Culture,” sharing insights on how pay transparency and equitable compensation impact employee trust, engagement, and organizational culture.

This event is also a great opportunity to learn more about the Mid-South Total Rewards Association (MSTRA), an affiliate of WorldAtWork, while connecting with other total rewards professionals in the Mid-South area.
